Nosebag Scotland is the creation of Liz and Eric Mitchell, ably supported… their own unique way… Sadie (9) and Flora (6). ‘Nosebag’, is built upon our strong family values and social conscience, passion for food, experiences and community involvement.

We aim to reintroduce traditional, hearty Scottish staples to a wider audience using the recipes and techniques passed down to us by our families stretching over many generations.

We will do this through supporting local producers, growers, makers and businesses, developing and promoting the field to fork concept whilst minimising waste and food miles.

The food we serve is from a simple, concise and carefully developed menu that showcases the best of fresh local produce and ingredients from the East Neuk, wider Fife and surrounding areas.
