Nosebag Scotland supports local producers, makers, growers and businesses whilst promoting and developing the ‘field to fork’ concept’, minimising food miles and wastage.
Our brand is warm and inviting, welcoming and relaxed whatever the setting through the provision of efficient customer service and dressing of environment. We are child and family friendly in our settings, menu’s and values and staff are highly knowledgeable about the food and produce origins.
